Remote Travel Consultant (Experienced)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Remote Travel Consultant to join our Sales Department. You will work from anywhere, designing and selling high‑end, tailored vacations to Costa Rica, interacting one‑on‑one with interested customers without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their travel preferences and design upscale Costa Rica vacation packages.
• Sell and promote high‑end travel experiences, achieving performance‑based targets.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the booking process and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication skills with near‑native English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to thrive in a “work hard, play hard” environment.
• Residency in Costa Rica and first‑hand knowledge of its primary tourism destinations.
• Resilient, honest, goal‑oriented and financially driven.
• Strong social skills and ability to connect with people.
• Basic computer literacy, including typing and use of office software.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Google Docs.
• Fast and accurate typing.
