About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team as a Trainee Recruiter. This remote, entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience across the full hiring cycle while supporting senior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
• Screen incoming applications and conduct initial resume reviews under senior guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in recruitment training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
