Remote Sales Development Representative (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting and supporting the growth of our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social channels to build a robust B2B lead pipeline.
• Research, identify, and qualify potential business opportunities within target markets and verticals.
• Engage prospects in consultative conversations, communicate value propositions, and handle objections.
• Document all interactions and pipeline activities accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and client stakeholders to align messaging and refine outreach approaches.
• Provide feedback to improve AI training datasets based on real‑world interactions.
• Analyze outreach results and propose strategies for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales development with a track record of successful outbound prospecting.
• Expertise in cold calling, lead qualification, and consultative sales conversations within complex sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
• Ability to adapt messaging for diverse industries and customer personas.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to support data‑driven AI training.
