Remote Dental Lab Case Coordinator (CAD/CAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Dental Lab Case Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between dental offices and our laboratory technicians. You will ensure that each case moves smoothly through the production pipeline, addressing technical issues and maintaining clear communication with clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate fabrication issues (impression, margin, shade, limitations) to dental offices.
• Coordinate timely follow‑up with doctors to avoid production delays.
• Gather missing case information, approvals, prescriptions, and clinical clarifications.
• Relay accurate instructions and updates from doctors to lab technicians.
• Maintain detailed case notes, communication records, and workflow documentation.
• Support efficient case progression through proactive problem‑solving.
• Ensure alignment between clinical expectations and laboratory production requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in a dental laboratory environment.
• Strong understanding of dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, restorative workflows).
• Professional English communication skills for interaction with US‑based dental offices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑management abilities.

What we offer
