About the role
We are seeking Cloud Engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote, paid AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The work is asynchronous and flexible, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Rate AI responses across dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
- Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
- Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.
Required skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
