Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist

About the role

Angel City VA is seeking experienced remote professionals to provide clinical trial support to independent research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations. The position is open for full‑time, part‑time, and project‑based engagements and can be performed from a variety of locations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Guide trial participants through study procedures and visit expectations.
• Assist with informed‑consent processes and patient education initiatives.
• Support regulatory documentation, study operations, finance, and sponsor relations as needed.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure trial timelines and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and HIPAA training certifications.
• Ability to identify functional areas of expertise (e.g., patient engagement, regulatory support, finance).
• Willingness to provide three professional references and undergo background checks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GCP guidelines.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
