Remote Bookkeeper for LATAM Crypto Company

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing crypto‑focused team serving Latin America. The role is fully remote from Costa Rica and involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling both fiat and crypto transactions, and supporting our fast‑moving fintech operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date financial records in QuickBooks Online.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Track and reconcile payments across bank accounts, digital wallets, and crypto platforms.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor expenses, ensure proper categorisation of crypto‑related transactions, and support audit and tax documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, full‑charge bookkeeping, or a similar accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English and conversational Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
