About the role

We are looking for an organized Remote Booking Specialist to support clients in researching travel options and coordinating reservations through online platforms. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality service to travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services using online booking tools.
• Prepare and review reservation details for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide clients with confirmations, itineraries, and essential travel information.
• Handle modifications, special requests, and follow‑up on outstanding items.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations.
• Liaise with service providers when necessary to ensure smooth execution.
• Offer ongoing support throughout the client’s travel experience.

Required profile
