Regional Financial and Administrative Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Financial and Administrative Manager to lead financial management across our operations in Costa Rica. The role will ensure robust financial control, analysis and planning while overseeing procurement, asset administration and general services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive regional financial planning, including budgets, forecasts and profitability analysis by accounts and clients.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and audit requirements across multiple business units.
• Prepare and present clear financial reports to senior management and international stakeholders.
• Oversee purchasing processes, manage supplier relationships and administer contracts in line with internal policies.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Financial Manager leading financial and administrative teams.
• Proven ability to work with geographically dispersed, culturally diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
