Recruitment Operations Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Operations Specialist – GCC will serve as the operational backbone of the global recruitment ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Talent Operations Leader, you will translate Talent COE strategies into seamless execution, ensuring data integrity and a consistent experience for employees and hiring managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end global recruiting operations model, including requisition management, interview workflow coordination, offer execution and onboarding handoffs.
• Govern and standardise recruitment processes, interview workflows, assessment practices and documentation across all regions.
• Monitor operational performance metrics such as service‑level adherence, cycle times, data quality, vendor payments and reporting accuracy.
• Allocate open positions to the appropriate recruiting vendors (RPO, staffing agencies) and track delivery deadlines daily.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs, track cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance rates and other key recruiting KPIs.
• Collect and analyse quality‑of‑hire data, including new‑hire retention at 3, 6, 12 and 24 months, and conduct satisfaction surveys with candidates and hiring managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global recruitment operations or talent acquisition support.
• Strong understanding of recruitment governance, vendor management and data reporting.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Talent Management COEs, HRBPs, HRIS and IT teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
