Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition on a fully remote basis. You will shape hiring strategies, guide a large team of leaders, and ensure recruitment processes align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies and employee‑well‑being initiatives.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep recruitment processes current and effective.
• Track, analyze and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary settings.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve recruiting and staffing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced level of English.
