Quality Supervisor – Shift B (Coyol)

About the role

The Quality Supervisor leads a team of investigators responsible for complaint handling, post‑market surveillance, and continuous‑improvement initiatives. The role ensures high‑quality investigation outcomes, compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, and fosters team engagement and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise investigators, monitor performance metrics and ensure complaint backlog stays within targets.
• Lead productivity checkpoint meetings, weekly team meetings and monthly complaint signal evaluations.
• Coach direct reports through regular one‑on‑one sessions, providing feedback and action plans.
• Approve investigations, drive engagement, and promote an inclusive, high‑performing team culture.
• Provide technical guidance on complaint investigations, analysis techniques and regulatory expectations.
• Lead CAPA, NCEP and complaint‑related compliance activities, as well as reduction initiatives and Operational Excellence projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of complaint handling, post‑market surveillance and regulated quality systems.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing quality performance of a product portfolio.
