Quality Control Specialist (Creative - Onsite)

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all creative and digital deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance before they reach the client. Working on‑site at the Barreal office, you will act as the final quality gate across a wide range of assets, from static graphics to interactive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of static creatives, video assets, HTML emails, display banners, websites, and mobile experiences.
• Identify, document, and communicate visual, content, functional, and technical defects with clear, actionable feedback.
• Validate assets against brand guidelines, client requirements, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with producers, designers, developers, and other cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and mitigate delivery risks.
• Execute established QC processes, maintain project documentation, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) in reading, writing, and speaking.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Creative Production Review, or related digital production roles.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, defect management, and testing processes for creative assets.
