Python Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and contribute to daily development activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Build and manage containerised applications with Docker.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate on large, complex systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with at least one Python framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker or similar container tools.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Helm), CI/CD and GitOps.
• Ability to work independently, solve difficult problems and take ownership of deliverables.
