Proposals Consultant

About the role

TransUnion is seeking a Proposals Consultant to support sales growth by creating high‑quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other customer‑facing documents. This remote role works closely with sales, product, legal, privacy, security and marketing teams to deliver accurate, compelling and compliant proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, edit and coordinate responses for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, vendor forms and related documentation.
• Draft executive summaries, cover letters, solution narratives and value‑proposition content tailored to each prospect.
• Maintain and improve reusable proposal content libraries and knowledge repositories.
• Partner with product, marketing, legal, information security and privacy teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
• Create project plans, response schedules and track milestones, risks and dependencies to meet submission deadlines.
• Utilize the Responsive (formerly RFPIO) platform to streamline response management and enhance consistency.

Required skills

• Experience using the Responsive (RFPIO) proposal management tool.
