Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our technology company’s Costa Rica office. You will lead and coordinate technology‑focused projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects with clients, defining timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Plan activities, monitor progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support testing activities, validate deliverables, and ensure compliance with quality processes.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and essential documentation.
• Handle technical and functional inquiries, train users on platforms and systems.
• Facilitate team coordination and support decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Final‑semester student (6th‑10th semester) or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• English level B2+; Portuguese or French is a plus.

• Knowledge of technological infrastructure.

• Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner knowledge.
• Agile certifications.
