Project Manager – Service Delivery (Remote)

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new orders for business customers across its SaaS platform. You will own each order from initiation through completion, eliminating internal handoffs and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned orders, guaranteeing timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and contracted third‑party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Provide regular, clear updates to customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number‑porting processes.
• Document dependencies and priorities to enable efficient project execution.
• Leverage hands‑on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support team and organizational success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• At least 5 years in service delivery and/or project management.
• Hands‑on experience with VoIP, SD‑WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering with carriers.
• Proven ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
• Experience managing third‑party resources effectively.
