About the role
Apply Digital is seeking a Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects for clients such as Arc'teryx, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz. The role works on Pacific Standard Time hours and can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project roadmaps, milestones, budgets, timelines and client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.
- Serve as primary point of contact for project teams, client partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across Client Services, Strategy, Product, UX/UI, Tech, QA and Data.
- Maintain detailed status reports, documentation and project hygiene using tools such as JIRA, Notion and Google Sheets.
- Support estimation of timelines, effort and costs for new opportunities or change requests.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑building skills with clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats, including Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Detail‑oriented problem solver able to handle fast‑paced projects.
- Collaborative mindset that promotes a “one team” environment.
Required skills
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Notion and Google Sheets.
