Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering client projects on time, within budget, and according to contractual specifications. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Program Supervisor, the role ensures smooth communication between internal teams, linguists, contractors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budget forecasts in collaboration with managers and sales representatives.
• Coordinate linguists, contractors, and internal staff to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and alert stakeholders to potential issues affecting timelines or budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of resource usage, approve linguist invoices, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the company’s Quality Policy.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in client-facing roles and ability to maintain professional relationships.
