Project Manager IV – Lead Large-Scale Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager IV to lead large-scale initiatives from initiation through close-out. The role involves coordinating internal and external resources, managing risks, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain moderately complex project plans, including scope, schedule, inter‑dependencies and resource forecasts.
• Monitor project financials, performance metrics and business benefits, adjusting plans as needed.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, and drive resource allocation following established project management practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and trigger events across projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, review performance, and support contract negotiations to meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate organizational change management activities such as user adoption, implementation and training plans.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, provide actionable feedback and promote continuous learning within the team.
• Escalate high‑priority issues and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
