Project Management Associate Manager – Life Sciences

About the role

The Project Management Life Sciences professional will coordinate end‑to‑end marketing and content delivery initiatives within a regulated healthcare environment. The role manages intake, prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, governance and delivery planning while ensuring compliance with brand, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project intake, planning, prioritisation and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, delivery teams and business partners to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews and risk management activities.
• Monitor project capacity, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, compliance requirements and established processes.
• Track project performance and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Marketing Operations or Delivery Management.
• Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
