Project Coordinator – Telecom Services

About the role

Vivant is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day operations of telecom and managed connectivity projects. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and accounting to gather and verify client information.
• Coordinate vendors, carriers, ISPs, and field technicians to keep projects on schedule.
• Document all project notes and client data in Vivant’s business management platform, Utiliko.
• Ensure correct services are installed, numbers are ported, and clients are kept informed of installation dates.
• Make day‑to‑day project decisions independently while escalating critical issues.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English C1 level required).
• Proven experience in telecom, MSP, IT services, networking, or low‑voltage environments.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward.
• Experience coordinating vendors, carriers, and technical teams.
