Program Success & Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Program Success & Operations Manager to support global enablement and learning programs. The role ensures seamless execution, participant engagement, and operational excellence across hybrid work settings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program registrations, invitations, participant communications, and maintain accurate rosters and attendance records.
• Coordinate training venues, catering, event materials, and support networking and team events.
• Provide webinar setup, live support, and post‑event reporting, including breakout rooms, polls, and Q&A facilitation.
• Track program budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and manage vendor relationships and contracts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in program operations, event management, or training coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with event registration systems and learning management platforms.
