Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our remote team supporting a large US‑based technology client. The role focuses on creating internal sponsorships that help close large deals, requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Review and address inquiries from external and internal contacts.
• Support provisioning requests and conduct testing for pilot projects.
• Monitor compliance, ensure data integrity, and track budgets and spend.
• Log all interactions and complete processes using client‑provided tools.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a project coordinator, specialist, or similar role.
• Prior experience at Microsoft (3‑5 years preferred).
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Familiarity with designing and managing process flows and creating documentation.
• Willingness to attend occasional in‑person activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
