Program Management Support

About the role

The PM Program Manager will support the ONELead Program across North America and Latin America, driving program execution, coordination, and continuous improvement within HPE Services.

Key responsibilities

• Manages internal project delivery and budget as detailed in the impact section.
• Manages project financials, provides reliable forecasts and meets approved budget.
• Manages mid to upper‑level stakeholder relationships across countries and functions.
• Manages internal and external resources, leading teams of up to 20 people and supporting skill development.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience or strong knowledge of service delivery environments and processes.

Required skills

• Strong project/program management knowledge, including planning, execution, risk management and progress tracking.
• Hands‑on experience implementing or leveraging AI and automation solutions to drive process improvements.
• Influencing and stakeholder management abilities to drive results across cross‑functional teams.
