Program Management Support – Hybrid Role

About the role

The Program Management Support role at HPE is a hybrid position, requiring on‑site work about two days per week from the Heredia office. You will support the ONELead Program across North America and Latin America, driving execution, coordination and continuous improvement within the Services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal project delivery, budgets and financial forecasts.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and providing reliable forecasts to management.
• Maintain and develop relationships with mid‑ to senior‑level stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Lead a project team of up to 20 internal and external resources, guiding skill development and performance reviews.
• Leverage AI and automation to identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in Service Delivery environments and processes.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional, multi‑country teams.
