Program Management Support – Hybrid Role

About the role

The Program Management Support role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a hybrid position, requiring on‑site work about two days per week in Heredia. You will support the ONELead Program across North America and Latin America, driving execution, coordination, and continuous improvement within the Services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal project delivery, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring alignment with business impact and approved budgets.
• Maintain relationships with mid‑ to senior‑level stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Lead a project team of up to 20 members, providing performance feedback and development recommendations.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in Service Delivery environments and processes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience implementing AI and automation solutions for process improvement.
• Strong project/program management knowledge, including planning, execution, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Effective influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
