Production Supervisor III – Shift B

About the role

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Production Supervisor III for Shift B to lead manufacturing teams in the production of complex medical devices. The role focuses on meeting production, quality, and cost objectives while fostering continuous improvement and safety across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to conduct feasibility studies and justify costs.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows to optimize manufacturing methods.
• Identify and implement cost‑reduction opportunities through value analysis and process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
• Guide layout and detailed drawing preparation to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Develop cost‑effective designs and research new assembly methods, production flow, and equipment.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams on all shifts, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Resolve problems promptly, maintain process control, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee employee safety, building issues, and discipline in accordance with company guidelines.
