Product Management Lead Analyst – AML/KYC

About the role

The VP, Senior Lead Analyst – AML, KYC, and Transaction Monitoring is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering regulatory compliance across AML, KYC, Sanctions and Transaction Monitoring programs. The role partners with Product Management, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise and execution leadership across AML, KYC, Sanctions and Transaction Monitoring, ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
• Partner with Product Management and cross‑functional stakeholders to embed regulatory requirements into product plans and business processes.
• Perform end‑to‑end data content validation, assess data accuracy, completeness and integrity across source systems and downstream reporting.
• Analyze complex process and data issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and develop actionable remediation recommendations.
• Contribute to control design, enhancements and sustainability testing, supporting alignment with Process Risk Controls and governance standards.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in financial services, credit cards or banking with large data volumes.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC and Transaction Monitoring requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder influencing ability.
