Product Instructor – Workday Integrations & Extend

About the role

Workday’s Education team is seeking a Product Instructor to deliver training on Workday Integrations and Extend. You will guide customers, partners and internal colleagues through full‑day sessions, helping them master the platform’s integration tools and custom‑application capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑day training workshops in English for diverse audiences including customers, partners and Workday employees.
• Deliver dynamic presentations that engage learners and enhance knowledge retention.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Workday software releases, product updates and new feature sets.
• Leverage self‑learning resources to quickly acquire proficiency in emerging functionalities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for teaching complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with curiosity and optimism.
• Ability to adapt quickly to product changes and incorporate them into training.
