Procurement Operations Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support daily procurement functions, enforce compliance policies, and identify cost‑saving opportunities across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to Category Managers in maintaining supplier relationships.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding with internal stakeholders.
• Drive the “No PO No Pay” policy by collaborating with end users, category managers, and suppliers.
• Perform quality checks on purchase requisitions to ensure proper processes and preferred supplier usage.
• Act as escalation point for requisitions requiring senior review.
• Execute spot‑buy processes to generate savings.
• Identify and recommend system and process improvements.
• Deliver customer service to end users and suppliers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or procure‑to‑pay.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).
• Ability to plan and execute projects, balance multiple tasks, and work independently.
• Comfort with ambiguity and decisive problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with ERP or e‑procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
• Spot buying, RFQ creation, and tactical sourcing.
• Supplier onboarding and vendor master data management.
