Procurement Fleet Specialist – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Fleet Specialist to lead fleet‑related procurement initiatives across Latin America. The role will act as the main liaison for internal clients, manage strategic suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in cost and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, translating their needs into procurement solutions.
• Lead regional projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Manage strategic vendors, contracts, KPIs and SLAs to guarantee service quality.
• Conduct negotiations, support purchasing processes and oversee contract administration.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, governance and risk‑management requirements.
• Resolve operational and strategic challenges by coordinating across local, regional and global teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, fleet or related functions within a multinational matrix environment.
• Advanced fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
