Principal Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Principal Product Designer to own the full user‑experience lifecycle for its digital products. Working remotely, you will shape product strategy, lead design execution, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design processes from discovery and ideation to high‑fidelity delivery.
• Define, maintain, and evolve comprehensive design systems.
• Conduct user research to generate actionable insights for product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee design operations to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of owning the complete product experience from concept to launch.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive design‑ops initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
