About the role

The company is looking for a Senior Cost Estimator to prepare direct‑cost budgets for construction projects that are in the bidding stage. The role requires delivering accurate and efficient cost estimates to support winning proposals. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that cost estimates align with project objectives and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed direct‑cost budgets for projects under consideration.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify cost drivers.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure estimates reflect realistic construction methods.
• Maintain consistency and efficiency in the budgeting process.
• Update and refine cost models based on market data and historical project performance.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering degree.
• Active membership in the CFIA (Colegio de Ingenieros de la Construcción).
• At least 5 years of experience preparing budgets for construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality estimates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
