About the role

Saint Gregory School is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join its bilingual learning community. The successful candidate will create a nurturing, English‑rich environment that supports the holistic development of young learners through play, inquiry and social‑emotional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age‑appropriate, play‑based and project‑based learning activities for Kinder and Prep classes.
• Implement Conscious Discipline strategies to foster a positive classroom climate.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, adapting instruction to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive bilingual curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with families about student development and classroom events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Bilingual Preschool Education or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience teaching at Kinder or Prep level.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and strong command of bilingual instruction.
• Creative, dynamic, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to social‑emotional development.
