Preschool Nursery Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood team. The successful candidate will create a safe, stimulating environment for children aged 0‑2 and support their cognitive, emotional and motor development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 0–2.
• Apply early childhood stimulation strategies to promote cognitive, emotional, and motor growth.
• Create a warm, structured, and engaging classroom following best practices in early education.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and collaborate closely with the preschool team.
• Keep the classroom organized in line with values of discipline, order, and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 0–2.
• Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia approaches.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level (spoken and written).
• Desired: experience across different preschool levels, familiarity with Brightwheel or similar classroom‑management tools, and training or certification in Early Childhood Stimulation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Brightwheel classroom‑management application.
