Precision Mechanic – Industrial Parts Fabrication

About the role

The Precision Mechanic will work in an industrial workshop producing and repairing metal components for machinery. The role requires hands‑on machining, attention to detail, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate metal parts such as screws, couplings, nipples, gears, and pulleys using lathes, milling machines, planers, drills and other specialized equipment.
• Repair or re‑condition broken or worn metal components, applying appropriate cooling fluids and lubricants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop manually.
• Follow safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health regulations as defined by the cooperative.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support production goals.

Required profile

• Diploma or vocational technical training in industrial mechanics or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of metrology.
• Familiarity with the use of cooling fluids and industrial machine lubrication.
• Minimum one year of experience in technical manufacturing of industrial parts.
