Planner II - Supply Chain Planning

About the role

The Planner II supports the planning and coordination of material supply, production schedules and demand forecasts so that medical products are available on time. The role helps align planning with operational capabilities and customer needs while keeping inventory and supply levels efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Create weekly production plans for the short term and share them with operations.
• Monitor work-in-process and finished goods inventory to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Create production orders and special orders for legacy and NPI items (sort, validation, PQ, OQ, first article, master lots and others).
• Follow up on the TECO aging report and maintain planning data in ERP systems, keeping them clean.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production and Engineering to deliver the monthly shipping plan.
• Follow up on out-of-site service shipments.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain; medical industry experience is a plus.
• English at B2 level or above.
• CPIM certification is a nice-to-have.

Required skills

• Planning theory, MRP, capacity analysis and forecasting accuracy.
• SAP, inventory management and production planning control.
• Business applications such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and supply chain modelling.
• Strong analytical skills.
