Partner Operations Manager I

About the role

TD SYNNEX is hiring a Partner Operations Manager I, an entry-level opportunity for people with back-office operations or customer support experience who want to move into partner and vendor operations. The role supports key vendor partnerships while giving hands-on experience with pricing, quoting, services, deal registrations and other operational activities. The position is remote, with occasional office attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Update price files regularly to keep pricing accurate and up to date, and organize them so they are easy to access and retrieve.
• Make sure agreements align with company policies, legal requirements and partner needs.
• Generate timely, accurate quotes for partners according to their requirements and pricing guidelines, and follow up on partner queries.
• Learn the quoting requirements of different vendors and suppliers, and stay up to date on changes in vendor quoting policies.
• Work closely with vendor teams to understand their vision, priorities and goals, and carry out their tasks and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Customer service background.
• Proficiency in English, oral and written.
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to change and handle high workloads and deadlines.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams).
• Basic data entry skills and ability to use common office equipment.
• Desirable: knowledge of Excel and Word.
