Partner Operations Data Analyst – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

Smartsheet is looking for a Partner Operations Data Analyst to design data governance standards, manage partner data flows into Salesforce, and enable AI‑driven insights for Partner Account Managers. This remote‑eligible role is based in Costa Rica and reports to the Head of Partner Programs & Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain partner attribution logic, data quality, and cross‑system reconciliation across Salesforce and partner systems.
• Design and execute structured data cleanup, set governance standards, and manage field‑level access.
• Define partner active/inactive status, maintain data dictionary, and keep change logs.
• Design partner data flows into Salesforce and collaborate on AI‑enabled dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Own commission and payout validation, administer year‑end rebates and tier‑progression reporting.
• Support recurring performance and forecasting reporting, identify data issues, and drive UAT for enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in partner, channel, revenue, or sales operations with hands‑on Salesforce experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset for flagging data issues.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
