Partner Marketing Specialist

About the role

Oracle’s Partner Marketing team drives marketing strategy across the partner ecosystem, aligning demand generation, partner engagement, communications, and go‑to‑market execution with business growth priorities. The Partner Marketing Specialist will support priority partner initiatives across Latin America, operating from Colombia or another Central American location.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of partner marketing campaigns, events, enablement sessions, and regional initiatives.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, materials and post‑activity follow‑up for partner initiatives.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Compliance and regional teams to keep activities aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain accurate information on partners, campaigns and activities in project‑management and reporting tools.
• Track leads, opportunities, partner engagement and campaign performance to improve visibility and accountability.
• Consolidate data and prepare performance updates, initiative summaries and basic reporting for stakeholders.

• Organized, proactive and collaborative with a strong ownership mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives across stakeholders and countries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on several activities simultaneously.
• Curious and willing to learn in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
