About the role
The Partner Enablement Manager will drive partner readiness across the end‑to‑end partner lifecycle, ensuring partners are prepared for Microsoft’s product and program changes. This role acts as the voice of partners within Microsoft, influencing design and delivery of new initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive partner enablement across the full partner lifecycle to reduce friction and simplify doing business with Microsoft.
- Represent partner interests to internal stakeholders, using partner insights to shape requirements and design upcoming changes.
- Own partner readiness plans for launches or major change moments, tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks.
- Monitor partner launch preparedness, share blockers and help‑wanted items with core teams for milestone decisions.
- Translate partner asks into actionable business requirements through existing enablement services such as co‑design sessions and partner calls.
- Track and drive partner adoption for key launches, ensuring partners can operationalise changes at go‑live.
- Collaborate across virtual stakeholders, applying a data‑driven mindset to identify gaps, standardise processes, and develop automation or self‑serve enablement models.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in program management, process management or process improvement (5+ years preferred for senior‑level roles).
- Proven track record delivering complex projects or change initiatives in a global, cross‑functional environment.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, with ability to articulate complex subjects to a global audience.
- Experience in partner channel management, partner operations or enablement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate, and build relationships at all organizational levels.
