About the role
The Paid Media Specialist (PPC) will join our digital agency to develop, manage and optimise paid media campaigns for clients, aligning efforts with business objectives. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Costa Rica or Colombia with flexibility for partial remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to improve targeting.
- Monitor performance analytics, generate reports and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and enhance brand reach and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing and stay updated on industry trends to innovate marketing approaches.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing techniques and web analytics.
- Strong communication skills for teamwork and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to keep current with emerging digital marketing tools and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Results‑oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
- Organised, proactive problem‑solver.
