Paid Advertising Account Manager

About the role

The Paid Advertising Account Manager owns the execution, performance, and growth of paid media services for a portfolio of clients. They handle pressure, navigate client questions, and align campaigns with broader business goals while communicating with executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns across diverse clients, handling daily optimizations and strategic changes.
• Provide analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on performance data and client data sources (e.g., GA, Shopify).
• Act as the main point of contact on cross‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting calls and evaluate service expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate internal client teams, give feedback, and solve problems.
• Ensure cross‑channel integration and collaborate across channels.
• Track progress and delivery of account deliverables via Slack, Asana, or trackers.
• Participate in department scrums, training, and develop new training materials.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of digital marketing experience, including 1‑2 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing (Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local, Bing).
• At least 2 years managing Meta direct‑response campaigns.
• 1+ year experience discussing cross‑channel strategy and performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and project‑management skills.
