Package Assembler I

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Package Assembler I to join its manufacturing team. The role involves operating and maintaining packaging equipment in a regulated medical-device environment, ensuring products are prepared for distribution safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Monitor, evaluate and adjust packaging processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Load materials or products into containers, tubes or conduits.
• Complete batch records and associated documentation.
• Work in an integrated automated manufacturing environment following safety and regulatory standards.
• Report equipment issues and support continuous-improvement projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the medical-industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures under close supervision.
• Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Operation of automatic or semi-automatic packaging machinery.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and record keeping.
