Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for daily contact with identified accounts, driving revenue and margin growth through strategic client solutions. The role requires proactive account management and collaboration with TD executives.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage accounts, evaluate product mix and profitability, and adjust to meet TD profitability objectives.
• Identify opportunities to sell the full TD portfolio, develop strategic business plans, and present them to management.
• Provide regional direction, daily KPI guidance, and act as a change agent for supporting departments.
• Handle advanced inbound and outbound sales calls, quote prices, provide product information, and build customer relationships.
• Assist associates in resolving complex customer issues and help resellers obtain optimal pricing through internal alliances.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to handle complex customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze data, make strategic recommendations, and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Leadership qualities, assertiveness, and the capacity to coach and develop others.
