Operations Support Analyst – Onboarding

About the role

The Operations Support Analyst will join Citi's Staffing Office to manage high‑volume onboarding, maintenance and off‑boarding of non‑employees worldwide. You will work closely with hiring managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, maintenance and off‑boarding activities in the Non‑Employee Management System (NEMS) and SAP Fieldglass.
• Validate onboarding documents against Citi policies and regional regulations, performing due‑diligence checks based on work location.
• Prioritize and track incoming requests via ServiceNow, providing timely updates to requestors.
• Maintain data quality, resolve entry errors, and meet productivity targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or back‑office experience in financial services or staffing.
• At least 1 year of relationship‑management experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment handling 150‑250 emails daily.
