Operations Support Analyst

About the role

The Operations Support Analyst will join Citi's Staffing Office, a global function that manages the firm’s non‑employee workforce. You will be responsible for high‑volume onboarding, maintenance and off‑boarding of temporary staff while ensuring data integrity and compliance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, maintenance and off‑boarding activities in the Non‑Employee Management System (NEMS) following documented procedures.
• Perform due‑diligence checks, ensure compliance with Citi policies and local regulations, and manage onboarding documents.
• Prioritize and track requests via ServiceNow, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain high data quality standards, resolve data issues quickly, and meet productivity targets.
• Act as the first point of contact for onboarding queries, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or back‑office role within financial services or staffing.
• At least 1 year of relationship management experience with internal and external clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to handle 150‑250 emails daily and work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
