Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities across processing, PVD and facility management. The role ensures smooth scheduling, optimal space utilization, and proper maintenance of equipment while leading a team of support‑level staff.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and operate core processes, including processing and PVD operations.
• Prepare and coordinate work schedules and ensure adherence to operating procedures.
• Supervise clerks, production associates and technicians, setting day‑to‑day objectives.
• Monitor space utilization, facility upkeep, and equipment protection.
• Develop and refine departmental processes and procedures, granting limited exceptions when necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for issues escalated by support personnel.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a four‑year degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant functional experience, including 3 years in a similar operational role.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of department processes and ability to enforce policies.
