Operations Manager, Digital Treatment Planning

About the role

Lead the Costa Rica ClearCorrect Digital Planning Service, overseeing more than 150 employees across design, orthodontic consulting, and quality assurance. Drive high‑quality treatment planning at scale while fostering a collaborative, purpose‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Costa Rica organization, aligning teams around clear priorities and shared goals.
• Coach Operations Supervisors and Clinical Managers, building strong leadership and accountability.
• Deliver production, quality, and service targets using performance metrics and collaborative problem‑solving.
• Design staffing plans, organizational structure, and capability development to support operations.
• Implement protocol changes and process improvements with stakeholder involvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, regulatory and ISO requirements.
• Strengthen customer‑focused culture and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with headquarters and other sites on systems, technology, and ways of working.
• Oversee site budget and responsible resource utilization.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience, including at least 3 years leading cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and create an environment of ownership and success.
• Background in dentistry, orthodontics, or treatment planning.
• Experience managing large, complex operations and delivering results through managers.
• Familiarity with quality systems, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, or QSR (advantage).
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
